The Devils are in Vegas to face the Golden Knights; the Devils are red hot winning 5 of their last 6 games, while the Knight broke a 2 game losing streak in their last game with a 3-2 win over the Canes. Right now the Devils offense is smoking having have scored 7 goals in B2B games and 4 the game prior to that, while the Knights have scored 5 goals in their last 3 games combined. The Devils are competing with the Bruins for the best team in the NHL on the road while the Knights have been prone to playing stinkers on home ice. With the way the Devils are scoring I’m not sure the Knights have enough fire power to win this game.

Anaheim Ducks -117

The Habs are in Anaheim to face the Ducks tonight. The Habs will be on a B2B and 3rdgame in 4 nights and waiting for them is a Ducks team that has actually looked pretty competent of late, prior to their last game which they lost to the Caps 3-2 in OT, they had won 3 straight games. Today is deadline day and both these teams might look very different from when this write up is published and the start of the game. The Habs are more likely to more pieces than the Ducks so the Habs might actually be shorthanded for this game. Plus the Habs have had no success in Anaheim under normal conditions having lost the last 6 meetings there; being shorthanded player wise can easily run it to 7 straight losses.

Phoenix Suns -170

We got our first taste of what the Suns will look like with the combination Paul, Booker, Durant & Ayton all on the floor at the same time. Paul was handing out dimes (11), Ayton was rebounding (16) like a beast and Durant and Booker where doing their thing scoring with 23 and 37 points respectively. I’m not sure that Bulls head coach B. Donovan will be able to draw up a defensive scheme that will be able to slow the Suns down tonight. I will back the Suns here on the money line as they will be a force to reckon with going forward with Durant finally back in the lineup.
