The Blues who are on a 5 game winning streak and playing their best hockey of the season host the Blue Jackets tonight. They've also beat some good teams during the streak like the Canucks & Kings to name a few. The Jackets for their part continue to struggle having lost 7 of their last 10 games. Goaltending has been the major issue in those losses as they've given up 4+ goals in 7 of their last 10. The Jackets haven't confirmed their starter but does it really even matter as neither Merzlikins or Tarasov have a GAA under 3.30. The Blues have confirmed J. Binnington as their starter and has been a little better or late but should still allow his 2-3 tonight. I like the Blues on the puck line and over the total here.

Seattle Kraken -.5 -147 (regulation)

The Kraken visit the Sharks in San Jose tonight looking to build on their win over the Blue Jackets on Sunday night. Believe it or not the Sharks had a 3 game win streak snapped by the Sabres on Saturday in a 5-2 loss and as bad a the Sharks are you have to believe that another multiple game losing streak is ahead. The Sharks aren't very good and as long as their opponent doesn't play down to the level of competition they get beat easily in most games. I don't believe the Kraken will fall into that trap tonight and will take of business in regulation.
