The Senators are in Long Island to face the Islanders tonight. The Sens will be on a B2B off an emotional OT winner over the Flames, the Sens were down 2 goals with less than 5 minutes to play last night, were able to tie it with 2 goals in less than a minute and won it in OT. Tonight they’re projected to start their fourth string goalie in K. Mandolese, I’ll be honest with you, I’ve never heard of this guy and with just cause as he was a sixth round pick back in 2018. The Islanders come into this game having lost two straight, the acquisition on B. Horvat has ignited the offense but unfortunately for them their defense play has follow by the way side at the same time. They’ve given up 10 goals in their last 2 games losing to the Habs and Canucks of all teams. I expect this to be a high scoring game.

Pittsburgh Penguins -157

The Penguins continue their west coast trip as they taken on the Sharks tonight. The Penguins haven’t had great success winning in SJ in the past but this isn’t the Sharks team of the past that had Thornton, Marleau & Pavelski on it. It is a much weaker version, plus the Sharks are returning from their own four game road trip that saw them go 3-1, one win came against these same Penguins so you know the Penguins will have that on their minds tonight. Also the Sharks are terrible on home ice this season as they’re 5-12-3-4, so I expect the Penguins to get the job done.

Chicago Blackhawks +126

The Hawks visit the Habs tonight and living in Montreal, I can attest to and Anthony can confirm this as well, more often than not the Habs play the good teams in the NHL tough and play stinkers versus the weaker teams in the league. Case in point this weekend, the Habs beat the Islanders 4-3 on Saturday and followed that up with a beat down of C. McDavid and the Oilers Sunday 6-2. Now the worst team in the league the Blackhawks come into town and the Habs will take them lightly and look like garbage. Proving my point is that the Blackhawks haven’t been very good for a couple of seasons now but have still beaten the Habs in 4 of the last 5 meetings. I will back the Hawks as a dog tonight.hat.
