Last night we backed the Coyotes versus the Islanders and that cashed, however, tonight we go against them when the face the Sabres. The Yotes will be on a B2B and 3rd game in 5 nights and all signs point to C. Ingram being in goal for them, and let’s just say he isn’t very good. The Yotes are 1-6-1 when he’s in between the pipes as his GAA is 4.57 and save percentage is .866. The Sabres come into this game having won 2 straight and are having no issues putting the puck in the back of the net with 10 goals combined in both games. The Sabres should have their way with Ingram and the Yotes tonight.

New York Islanders +148

We played against the Isles last night and it was successful but tonight I will back them when they face the Knights. Yes the Isles will be on a B2B but they’ve been successful is this spot this season at 3-2. The Knights are one of the better teams in the NHL, however, are a mediocre 8-7 on home ice. They’re also dealing with injuries to major players like J. Eichel and defensemen S. Theodore and A. Pietrangelo which are hard to overcome on a nightly basis. I think these missing players will be too much for the Knight to overcome versus the Isles, give me the dog at plus money.

Butler Bulldogs +7.5 -106

The Butler Bulldogs host the #3 Connecticut Huskies tonight. The Huskies come into this game undefeated at 11-0 and also undefeated at 10-0-1 ATS and are led by junior forward A. Sanogo (18.3ppg) and sophomore guard J. Hawkins (14.3ppg). Butler Coach T. Matta is back for his second stint with the Bulldogs and has them playing well at 8-3 overall and 6-0 on their home court. The Bulldogs get a great contribution from all 5 starters as all of them average double digits. This is a road conference game for the Huskies and those are never easy to win let alone cover. I will back the Bulldogs to keep this game close throughout.
