The Avs beat the Rangers twice, Panthers, Red Wings & Flyers while the Preds beat up weak teams like the Habs, Islanders, Devils while also beating the Red Wings and Rangers. Darcy Kuemper is a huge difference maker for the Avs as he solidifies things in goal for them. The Avs have been scoring goals in bunches lately as they’ve scored 28 goals in their last 5 games. I expect that barrage to continue tonight as they win by multiple goals!   

Philadelphia Flyers -1.5 +155

The Flyers are in Montreal to face the Canadiens. You’d think that things couldn’t get worse for the Habs but they seem to every day that passes. They’ve lost 7 straight, can’t score goals on a regular basis, are outplayed and outcoached on most nights. The Flyers have won 3 straight and their coaching change seems to have done wonders for them. With the current form of both teams, the Flyers should win this game, the real question is by how many goals? By at least 2 in my eyes.

Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 +144

The Golden Knights visit the Devils in Jersey. These are 2 teams headed in opposite directions right now. The Knights have won 5 of their last 6 games which coincides with the better goaltending of Robin Lehner and the return from injury of Max Paccioretty. The Devils on the other hand have only won 1 of their last 8 games and this due to their lack of scoring, they’ve scored more than 2 goals just once in their last 8 games. Add that to the drop in play of their defense and goaltending and you a recipe that results in a 1-7 record. I like the Knights to win by multiple goals.
