The Flames look to end their 5 game east coast road trip on a winning note this afternoon when they face the Detroit Red Wings. The Red Wings will be on a B2B after disposing of the Senators 5-2 on the road yesterday, while the Flames are off a loss to the Blue Jackets 3-1 on Friday night. The Wings have confirmed backup goalie J. Reimer will start this game and the Flames will most probably counter with J. Markstrom as backup D. Vladar played 2 games ago. The Flames have dominated this matchup for quite some time winning 9 of the last 12 meetings and I like that to continue as they will head back to Calgary with a win.

The Ducks were big dogs on the road yesterday versus the Coyotes and are an even bigger dog at home home versus the Bruins tonight. The Bruins took care of the Kings last night 4-2, will be on a B2B tonight and 3rd game in 4 nights. This is the classic type of game where the Bruins are off a nice road win versus a quality team and now face a much weaker team in the Ducks that they will take lightly. History has proven that the Bruins have done this versus the Ducks as they've lost 6 of their last 8 meetings in Anaheim. I will back the Ducks to give the Bruins problems and win this game tonight.

GB Packers/Denver Broncos O45 -106

The Packers head to Denver to play the Broncos off a bye, and the Broncos have had 10 days to prepare since looking terrible versus the Chiefs on TNF. I expect both teams to be able to move the ball on one another as both defenses have been prone to giving up plenty of scores. The Broncos have given up 28 points plus in 4 of their 6 games this season while the Packers have given up 20 points plus in 3 of their 5 games this season. Add to that the head referee A. Kemp is 70% to over in non divisional games in career and you have the makings of a high scoring game.
