The Leafs host the Sabres tonight in what I think will be a bad spot for the Sabres, the Sabres will be on the back end of a back to back and 3rd game in 4 nights. The Leafs will also be looking to snap a 3 game losing streak where they offense have been abysmal scoring a combined 5 goals over that stretch. Toronto has not been a kind place to the Sabres as they've lost 19 of their last 26 meetings with plenty of those losses by multiple goals, I like the Leafs to get back on track offensively and win this game big tonight.

Montreal Canadiens +101

The Habs are in St Louis tonight and will be catching the Blues on the bank end of a B2B as they played the Devils last night. The Habs are off a 3-2 loss to the Coyotes on Thursday but have really played well to start the season at 5-3-2. What is helping the Habs this season is that they're getting contributions from their whole lineup, through 10 games they have 6 players with 3 goals or more and they've also gotten good goaltending from J. Allen and S. Montembeault. The Blues continue to struggle to score goal, so I will back the Habs on the road here.

Carolina Hurricanes -125

The Canes visit the Islanders to conclude their visit to New York, the Canes had their 3 game winning streak snapped by the hottest team in the NHL the Rangers (6 straight wins) on Thursday night. The Canes should be able to get to their winning ways tonight as they visit a team in the Islanders that they've totally dominated recently winning 17 of the last 21 overall meetings. I like the Canes to bounce back from their loss to the Rangers and get the job done and continue their dominance of the Islanders.
