The Mariners and Twins play the finale of this four game series when L. Gilbert faces P. Lopez on the mound. Gilbert has been fantastic for the Mariners this season, he's given up 2 ER or less in 6 of his 7 starts this season and could be in the process of surpassing L. Castillo as the ace of the Mariners staff. The Twins counter with their ace in P. Lopez, however, Lopez has not pitched like an ace this season with a 4.30 ERA and has not been very sharp in most of his starts. He's given up 3 ER or more in 4 of his 7 starts and has needed the Twins to provide his with a lot of run support to win his starts. That is not something that will happen today versus Gilbert, I like the underdog Mariners here.

St Louis Cardinals -128

The Cards and Mets got rained out yesterday and S. Gray is pushed back a day to face the Brewers today. As mentioned yesterday, Gray has been one of the lone bright spots for the Cards this season, expectations were high for the Cards as they added veteran starters like Gray, Gibson and the return of L. Lynn. However, the issue for the Cards has been a lack of offense to this point. Luckily for the Cards, Gray has been spot on with a 0.89 ERA and they haven't needed to score a lot of runs to win games. The Brewers counter with T. Myers who hasn't pitched well to the tune of a 6.23 ERA losing all 3 of his starts. The Cards will be able to hit Myers and provide Gray with the run support to win this game. 

SF Giants/Colorado Rockies U9.5 -111

The Giants and Rockies play the last game of their three game series this afternoon, the Giants look to sweep the Rockies when they send K. Winn to the mound to face C. Quantrill. Winn has pitched well overall, however, two rough starts have ballooned his ERA to 4.41, you know he's pitched well as the under is 5-2 in his 7 starts this season, it also shows that the Giants have not provided him with much run support. Quantrill also has issues getting run support from his team as his ERA is similar to Winn at 4.31 and the under is also 5-2 in his 7 starts. Both sides have issues hitting when Winn and Quantrill are on the mound, so I will back the under in this game.
