The Mariners visit the Twins tonight to begin a four game series, tonight we will have L. Castillo versus S. Woods Richardson on the mound. After 3 straight starts to start the season of 4 ER in each, Castillo has returned to form allowing only 4 ER total over his last 4 starts. The under has been a great play in Castillo starts as the record is 5-1-1. The Twins had their 12 game winning streak snapped yesterday and look to rebound from that tonight. Their starter Richardson has only made 3 starts for the Twins but has pitched well in every one of them, allowing a total of 4 ER. Both pitchers are pitching well and should be able to dominate again here, I like the under in this game.

NY Mets/St Louis Cardinals U8 even

The Cardinals host the Mets tonight, both sides start veteran pitchers as the Mets are going with S. Manaea while the Cards counter with K. Gibson. Manaea has been exceptional this season allowing 2 ER or less his in 5 of his 6 starts this season. Gibson for his part has been lights out over his last 3 starts allowing a total of 3 ER and the under is 4-1-1 in his 6 starts this season. The Cards offensively are struggling right now as they were only able to score 10 runs total over 3 games versus the God awful White Sox pitching staff that as an ERA of 4.96. Both starters should pitch well here leading to another under.

SD Padres/Chicago Cubs U7.5 -115

The Padres visit the Cubs for a three game series, it will be former Cub Y. Darvish versus J. Steele on the mound. Steele hasn’t pitched since Opening Day as he’s been on the IL, he pitched well that day and looks to build on his 2023 season when he was a Cy Young candidate. Darvish is also recently off the IL as he missed two weeks in April with a neck injury, he pitched very well in his last start going 5 shutout innings. The wind is projected to be blowing in for this game tonight which will kill the chances of homeruns being hit. I like the under in this game.
