NY Yankees -1.5 +149

The Mariners and Yankees play the finale of their four game series this afternoon, the Mariners won the first two games and the Yankees rebounded last night with a 7-3 win. The scheduled pitchers for this game are L. Castillo and L. Gil, Castillo has pitched well this season (3.43 ERA) but still not to the Castillo standard we've been used to over his career. Gil has really been a bright spot in the Yankees rotation, especially with the injury to G. Cole, he's been unbeatable at Yankee Stadium with the Yanks winning all four of his starts as he posted a 1.64 ERA. The lineups are out for this game and the Mariners are sitting some regulars while the Yanks are starting all their regulars, I like the Yanks on the run line here today.

Pittsburgh Pirates -1.5 +124

The Pirates look to rebound from a late inning collapse last night, the Pirates went into the 8th inning leading 5-3 and would eventually lose the game in extra innings 9-5. The send rookie sensation P. Skenes to the mound to face E. Miller, Skenes struck out the first 7 batters he faces in his last start versus the Cubs in Chicago as his fastball was popping and many of the hitters when behind in their swings. The Giants are going with a bullpen game as Miller has never pitcher more than one inning in a game this season. Skenes should be able to dominate here like he did 5 days ago versus the Cubs as the Giants are a lineup that lacks pop and strikeout a lot. I like the Pirates on the run line here.

Oakland A's -116

The Rockies and A's play the rubber game of their three game series this afternoon, it will be R. Feltner versus J. Estes on the mound. Feltner and the Rockies have really struggled in his road starts this season as the Rockies have lost 5 of his 6 starts as his road ERA sits at 6.55. Estes will only be making his 3rd start of the season, he pitched really well versus the Mariners in his first and then got beat badly by the Astros in his 2nd. The Rockies lineup is no offensive powerhouse and I believe Estes will be able to pitch well this afternoon. I like the A's offense to perform well versus Feltner who has struggled all season on the road.
