Chicago Cubs -1.5 +178

The Cubs face the DBacks in the finale of this 4 game series, The Cubs try to avoid the sweep in a 4 game series. We have W. Miley facing M. Kelly on the mound; Miley is making only his third start of the season as he started the season on the IL. He showed some rust in his first start but then pitched 7 scoreless innings in his second. Kelly started off the season red hot but we are now seeing some regression over his last 2 start to more of the pitcher he is. I like the Cubs to avoid the sweep here and take this game by multiple runs.

Tampa Bay Rays/ Baltimore Orioles U9 +102

The Rays and Orioles play G3 of this 3 game series, J. Springs pitched his best game of the season as he shut out the Orioles over 5.2 innings as the Rays won 6-1 staying under which was one of our plays yesterday. This afternoon we have C. Kluber versus S. Watkins, both have pitched well so far this season outside of 1 start. I had to take a double take as the umpires for this afternoon’s game are the same as last night, umpire A. Fletcher is behind the dish again which is bizarre to me, but I verified on 2 sites (ESPN & Stat Fox) and both have him calling balls and strikes. After last nights under he is 7-0 this season to the under. I’m going back there again this afternoon, as Camden Yards has also become a big under park after they moved the outfield fence back this season.

Boston Red Sox -1.5 +152

This Red Sox go for the 4 game sweep of the Mariners this afternoon. The Red Sox came back from down 5-0 last night to beat the Mariners 6-5. This afternoon we have L. Gilbert versus N Eovaldi, Gilbert has been getting knocked around a bit after starting the season red hot, giving up 10 earned runs over his last 19 innings. Eovaldi got smacked around by the Astros his last start giving up 9 runs (6 earned) while not making it out of the second inning. That was also the last time the Red Sox lost a game as they’ve won 4 straight. I like Eovaldi to make up for that terrible start and pitch well today. I like the Sox to sweep the Mariners behind a good start from Eovaldi.
