The Dbacks are in Pittsburgh to face the Pirates for a weekend series, tonight it will be Z. Gallen versus J. Oviedo on the mound. After a rough 2 starts to start the season, Gallen has been more or less unhittable since, he's given up a measly 6 ER over 46 2/3 innings resulting in an ERA of 1.15. For the Pirates, Oviedo has an ERA above 5 and has shown to be very hittable and the Dbacks should be able to continue that trend. The Pirates have been struggling since the calendar changed from April to May winning only 3 games so far this month. I like those struggles to continue tonight

Minnesota Twins -121

The Twins head to the west coast to start a series with the Angels, tonight pits J. Ryan versus R. Detmers on the mound. Ryan has been filthy since the start of the season winning 6 of his 8 starts and posting an ERA of 2.16, while Detmers hasn't had the same success, winning only 2 of his 7 starts and having an ERA close to 5. The Twins bats are raking the ball right now having scored 5 or more runs in 4 of their last 5 games and I like the to get to Detmers tonight.

Los Angeles Dodgers -121

The Dodgers and Cardinals play G2 of their 4 game series tonight, last night was a high scoring affair that resulted in 24 runs scored in a Cardinals 16-8 victory. Dodgers' starter T. Gonsolin is continuing on last season success so far this season as his ERA sits at 1.42 over 4 starts. The same can't be said for S. Matz of the Cards as he's hasn't won any of his 8 starts and has an ERA 5.62. I like to Dodgers to get some pay back from last night's bad loss.
