Chicago Cubs -1.5 -107

The Cubs look to take G2 of this mini two game series in London, It was all Cubs yesterday in a 9-1 victory. I expect more of the same when M. Stroman faces M. Liberatore, Stroman has been lights out over his last 7 starts as the Cubs are 7-0 while he' sported an ERA of 1.29. He's faced some hefty competition in those starts as he's faced the Giants, Padres, Mets, Phillies & Rays. The Cards are just a train wreck right now compared to their preseason expectations, I suspect that their clubhouse is not a good place to be as the players seem to have lost faith in their manager. I like the Cubs in another blowout today.

Minnesota Twins -133

Today is the rubber game of this 3 game series between the Twins and Tigers, the Twins took the opener on Friday while the Tigers replied last night with a 3-2 victory. It will be B. Ober versus M. Lorenzen on the mound, Ober is having a great season with a sub 3.00 ERA and has performed even better on the road where his ERA is 1.96. Lorenzen has pitched well this season, however, his numbers are a little skewed as he's had several starts versus weak offensive teams which he's dominated. I like Ober to dominate the Tigers lineup and take this series from them.

Milwaukee Brewers/Cleveland Guardians U8 -111

Two not so great offenses go at it today when the Brewers and Guardians play this afternoon, it will be C. Burnes versus A. Civale on the mound. Since coming off the IL in early June Civale has been solid sporting in ERA of 2.57 over 4 starts. In regards to Burnes there isn't much to say that people don't already know, he's a former Cy Young award winner and can shut down any team on any given day. He got blown up in his last start versus the DBacks giving up 7 ERs in 5 innings, I expect a big bounce back game from him. With it being getaway day, I expect some regulars to get the day off which will weaken both lineups, I like the under here.
