This afternoon is the finale of this 4 game series between the Red Sox and Twins. It will be J,. Garza making a spot start for the Red Sox and J. Ryan going for the Twins. The Twins finally got a win in this series last night in extras 5-4. The lineups are out for both sides already and the regulars on both sides are playing even if it's getaway day. The Twins have the better starter going today and I feel a lot more confident that Ryan will be able to slow down the Sox offense than Garza can. I like the Twins by multiple runs.

Yesterday I backed the Mariners behind ace L. Castillo and that didn't go well as the Mariners couldn't get anything done versus J. Brito. Tonight they have B. Woo going with his 7.29 ERA and they will go and score 7-8 runs and get a victory, watch! That is what baseball is all about, things just don't make sense sometimes. The Yankees aren't very strong at the moment with injuries to Judge and Stanton and other players not playing well. I will back the Mariners to get a win tonight.

San Diego Padres -134

The Padres look to avoid being swept by the second hottest team in baseball the SF Giants. Imagine that, the Giants have won 10 straight and are the second hottest team, thanks to the Reds winning 11 straight! It will be B. Snell versus A. Wood on the mound, Snell has been one of the best pitchers in MLB over the last month as his ERA is 0.60 over his last 5 starts. He's finally looking like the starter that lead the Rays to the World Series back in 2020. Yes the Giants are hot, but they're facing Snell in a zone right now and I will back the Padres to avoid the sweep.
