The Padres look to salvage a game in their three game series with the Mets this afternoon, when D. Cease faces T. Megill on the mound. The Padres' offense has been non existent to this point scoring a combined two runs in two games. Megill has pitched well for the Mets this season but they're 0-3 in his three home starts as they've provided him with almost no run support, they've scored a total of five runs in those three games. Scoring runs will be hard to come by for the Mets this afternoon as Cease has pitched well all season with a 3.00 road ERA and the Padres winning six of his eight road starts. I like the Padres to win here by multiple runs.

Toronto Blue Jays -119 & Cleveland Guardians/Toronto Blue Jays U7.5 -110

The Guardians and Jays play the rubber game of their three game series this afternoon. The first two games of this series have been low scoring with the Guardians winning Friday 3-1 and the Jays coming back strong to win 5-0 yesterday. It will be B. Lively versus J. Berrios on the mound, both have pitched well on the season, Berrios is particularly strong at home with the Jays winning five of his six home starts as his ERA is 1.81, Lively hasn't had as much success on the road as the Guardians have lost half of his six road starts with his ERA is 3.09. Run support has been tough to come by for Lively on the road and for that reason I like the Jays and the under today.
