Cincinnati Reds/St Louis Cardinals U8 -106
Today is the rubber match between the Reds and Cards, it will be H. Greene versus A. Wainwright on the mound. The first two games of this series produced a lot of runs, 11 & 12 respectively, however, this afternoon I expect runs to be at a lower amount. Firstly, it getaway day so expect starters to get a day off and secondly, Greene has been excellent on the road this season with a 3.11 ERA. Wainwright also has a history of pitching well at home and even though this season it hasn't been the case. I expect him to correct it going forward. I like a low scoring game this afternoon.
Oakland A's +177
Don't look now but the A's look to win their 5th straight game and a sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers. It will be JP Sears versus F. Peralta on the mound, we have 2 starters moving in opposite directions right now and you'd be surprised with the results. It's actually been Sears for the 16-50 A's that been pitching much better than Peralta of late. Peralta has an ERA of 5.16 over his last 7 starts while Sears is at 2.82. If the A's can provide him with any sort of offense today the A's should be primed for a sweep of the Brewers.
Boston Red Sox/NY Yankees U8.5 -101
The Red Sox and Yankees close of their series on Sunday night baseball, the Yankees lineup is missing key players that are dealing with injuries and the Red Sox are just struggling on the offensive end. The Red Sox haven't scored more than 3 runs in a game 7 of their 8 and the first 2 games of this series have provided us with 9 runs scored in total. The starters B. Bello and C. Schmidt should be able to hold the opposing lineups at nay here and provide us with another low scoring game.
