The Red Sox will be in Seattle to start a series with the Mariners, tonight it will be N. Pivetta versus G. Kirby on the mound. Pivetta will be making first start since May 16 versus these same Mariners when he didn't pitch well giving up 4 ER over 5 1/ innings. Pivetta isn't having a good season at a good season at all with a 6.30 ERA over 8 starts. Kirby for the Mariners is very consistent with a 3.50 ERA providing the Mariners to win every start. He will be making his 2nd start versus the Red Sox and pitched a gem in his previous start giving up 1 ER over 6 2/3 innings in a 10-1 victory. I like another multiple run victory for the Mariners here.

Arizona DBacks +118

The Giants welcome the DBacks to town for a divisional series that can have serious implications for seeding in the NL West and Wild Card races. The DBacks have really fallen off since the start of the second half while the Giants continue to surprise considering the lack of names in their starting 9. Tonight it will be R. Nelson versus J. Junis on the mound, Junis will be making a spot start as he's been coming out of the pen all season. He's been less than stellar in that role. Nelson has been really good on the road this season with a 2.67 ERA, this will be his 3rd start versus the Giants, one poor one at home and a great one on the road. Tonight's game is in SF, so let's go with a strong start from Nelson at plus money.

SD Padres -191

The Padres are in Colorado to face the Rockies and it will be exciting to see what the Padres do over the next 24hrs before the deadline. Their weekend sweep of the Rangers may have put the brakes on the possible trades of B. Snell & J. Hader. They start a 3 games series that must be swept against the Rockies, they cannot afford to drop games versus one of the worst teams in the league. S. Lugo faces A. Gomber, Gomber has been terrible versus the Padres this season in 2 starts giving up 10 ER in 10 IP. He's also been terrible at home with a 7.19 ERA, I like the Padres behind the momentum of their sweep of the Rangers.
