The Padres start a series in Toronto tonight when J. Musgrove faces A. Manoah. Even though Manoah pitched well in his last start before the break, I’m not convinced he’s back in top form. Musgrove for his part was pitching really well going into the break and I like him to continue it tonight versus the Jays. I will be at this game tonight and cheering on the Padres to win by multiple runs!

Texas Rangers -126

The Rangers look to build on their victory last night when N. Eovaldi faces T. Bradley on the mound. Eovaldi will be making his 2nd start versus the Rays as he beat them earlier in the season. What will also help the Rangers tonight is the fact that C. Blaser will be behind home plate calling balls and strikes, the home team has a 12-2 record with him behind home plate. I’ll ride with the Rangers with those numbers!

Chicago Cubs -1.5 +123

The Cubs look to even up this series tonight when J. Taillon faces P. Corbin. It is never a bad idea to play against Corbin as he continues to struggle with regularity, I expect tonight to be no different as he’s sporting a 5.36 road ERA. Taillon shut out his former club the Yankees over 8 innings in his last start and I can see him building on that going forward. I like the Cubs by multiple runs versus Corbin and the Nats.
