Neither of these teams is currently affected by covid outbreaks so this will be a nice matchup between two quality teams, there is just too much value with the Rangers at +165 on the road.

Nashville Predators +134

The Preds are in Washington to face the Caps tonight. The covid bug has hit the Caps hard as seven regulars and their backup goalie will all by missing this game. The Preds will only be missing three players. The Preds are currently the hottest team in the NHL winners of 7 straight. As good as the Caps have been over the years this is a matchup that has been dominated by one team and surprisingly it’s the Preds, they have won four straight in Washington and the last 8 overall between the two clubs. The plus money is the obvious choice here.

Providence Friars +103

The Friars host the Seton Hall Pirates tonight. This is a matchup of two teams ranked in the top 25, with Seton Hall ranked 15th and Providence ranked 21st. The Friars are undefeated at home 8-0 and are led by senior center Nate Watson; he leads the team in ppg and second in rebounds. The Pirates are led by senior guard Jared Rhoden who leads his team in both ppg and rebounds. Winning on the road in college basketball is very difficult and seeing that the Friars are the better defensive squad, I will back them tonight to stay undefeated at home.
