Lindgren, the advantage there goes to the Stars. Oettinger broke out of his slump in a big way last time out allowing only 1 goal to the NJ Devils. The Caps have won 5 straight behind the great performances of A. Ovechkin, he's scored 7 goals in the 5 wins! With that being said I like the Stars here as I think they're a more complete team, they've also owned the Caps winning 9 of the last 10 meetings in Washington. The price is too nice not to back them.

Two of the hotter teams meet up at MSG tonight when the Rangers host the Maple Leafs. The Leafs have won 9 of their last 10 while the Rangers have won 4 straight with 2 of those wins versus the top teams in the league in the Devils & Knights. Rangers goalie I. Shesterkin seems to be getting back into Vezina form and the Rangers offense is starting to light up the lamp again. The Rangers have beaten the Maple Leafs in 4 of their last 5 meetings and I can see them ending the Leafs winning streak here. I will back the small home dog.

The Habs are hosting easily the worst team in the NHL tonight in the Ducks. The Ducks are injury depleted in goal as they're using their 3rd string goalie in L. Dostal, he's started twice and let say it hasn't gone well, allowing 8 goals in 2 games for a GAA of 5.39 and save percentage of .849. Yes the Habs will be on a B2B after a loss 3-2 to the Senators but the Ducks are just want the Dr. ordered to turn things around. The Ducks have lost 9 of their last 10 games and have only scored 1 goal in their last 3 games. The Habs are nothing special but should have their way with the Ducks tonight.
