Coach Anthony and I spoke today about this earlier today, it is a special day! It's L. Severino day, it comes every 5th or 6th day, it is a day where you have a great chance to make money as Severino for the most part has been terrible! Today it is the turn of the Astros to take advantage, they look to even up the series after last night's 4-3 loss. Severino has a 8.26 ERA over his last 7 starts and the Yanks have lost 5 of them. The Astros have been better of late and are healthier than they've been in a while, I like them here by multiple runs.

Boston Red Sox -1.5 +123

The Red Sox host the reeling Jays tonight for a weekend series, the have lost 4 of their last 5 and cannot get victories versus the AL East this season. If they do not make a Wild Card spot, that will be the reason why. Tonight it will be the struggling A. Manoah versus J. Paxton. Paxton has been great at Fenway this season with a 2.25 ERA and it will be his 2nd start versus the Jays, his 1st was a Red Sox victory 5-0 where he pitched 7 2/3 scoreless innings. Manoah continues to have issues throwing strikes and it has really hurt him as he's allowed way too many base runners to have success. The Jays lose another divisional game.

Baltimore Orioles -151

The O's look to build on winning 3 of 4 from the Jays tonight when they take on the listless Mets. The Mets just got swept by the Royals where they scored 8 runs in 3 games and I'm sure stars like Lindor and Alonso cannot be happy with all the changes that just went down at the deadline. D. Peterson faces D. Kremer on the mound, Peterson is back in the rotation after the Mets dealt Scherzer and Verlander away, and when he was in the rotation earlier in the season he wasn't pitching well and was even worse on the road with a 8.56 ERA. The O's are the better team and the Mets look uninterested in the rest of the season. The O's will take this game.
