Eflin for as dominant as he's been at home, can't even come close to that success on the road where his ERA is 5.36. Rodon is the opposite when his road ERA is terrible at 9.65 and his home ERA is 2.45. I'll be the first to admit that the Yanks lineup isn't scaring anyone right now but Eflin is very beatable on the road and I will back the Yanks here with a starter that pitches well at home.

The Mets are in KC to face the Royals, you have to ask yourself how many Mets will finish the day in a Mets uniform with the trade deadline today. Already gone are Scherzer, Canha & Robertson, with the possibility of others going before this game even starts. You have to question the mindset of this team with their underperformance and now all this movement. Players are already speaking out about their disappointment with the trades etc.... I don't think this squad will be motivated to perform going forward and it all starts tonight with Quintana versus Greinke on the mound. Greinke hasn't been good at all this season overall but has serviceable at home with a 3.74 ERA. The Mets are already in shambles and their offense hasn't been great of late and their psyche could be even worse by the time this game starts with more players being moved. The Royals are off a sweep of the Twins and like them to make it 4 straight versus the Mets.
