The Jays will be in KC tonight to face the Royals, it will be J. Berrios versus B. Singer on the mound. There is no denying it that J. Berrios was a gas can waiting to be lit up on the road last season, but we cannot also deny the talent he has and how dominant he can be when on. Tonight might be a good spot for him as the Royals offense has been anemic since the start of the season, the Jays clearly expected a better outcome in St Louis and get to take out those frustrations versus a weak Royals team tonight.

Chicago Cubs -112

The Reds host the Cubs for a 3 game series starting tonight, the Reds won their first series of the season versus Pirates but let's be honest they aren't a good team and I expect them to lose many games going forward and I like that to start tonight versus the Cubs. Like I mentioned in my writeup Saturday, I like this Cubs team to outperform expectations this season and think they have a lot more talent in their staring 9 than the Reds. I like the veteran D. Smyly to outpitch C. Overton.

Baltimore Orioles/Texas Rangers O8 -116

The Rangers host the Orioles tonight in a series that opposes two teams that have been tearing the cover off the ball. The Orioles played 3 straight overs in Boston where every game had 14 or more runs scored. The Rangers also beat down the Phillies in their first series of the season. K. Bradish was very hittable last season and J. Gray can be lit up on any given day, I like both offenses to get their tonight in a high scoring game.
