Anthony P's MLB Model September 25, 2022

As we continue to build the app and make it more robust, we will be adding new sports and models to the app. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.

I will post my MLB and NFL models as often as possible.

To read the model is very simple. We are looking for EVs of over 5% on sides and 8 to 10% on totals. Sportsbooks tend to inflate lines on big favorites. I love to take a big underdog in those spots if they have a good pitcher on the mount and if the game is on home turf.

You should all play around with these and track them yourselves. See if you are seeing those with a significant edge losing often.

MLB BETTING MODEL FOR SEPT 25, 2022

The totals were off yesterday and didn't do well yesterday. This morning, the model keeps spitting out value on overs, but I won't bite. It's that time of the year when teams, especially those out of the playoff, do weird shit with their roster. The same can be said with teams that are comfortably ahead.

Today the model points forwards the Cubs and Yankees.

The Cubs dropped one yesterday however they've been much better than the Pirates and I strongly believe the Cubs take this one. The Pirates have won 4 games in their last 19 at home.

Sharps have shown interest in the Red Sox but I disagree. Cortes is rolling and should take advantage of this weak bottom lineup the Red Sox have been presenting. Bello was decent versus the Yankees last game but now he is playing in New York in primetime with the pressure of not wanting to be the one giving Judge his 62 HR of the season...
