The power rankings are from Statsational and published weekly.

Key
Power Rating - The higher the number the better the team ranks. The differential in 2 teams can be compared to a pt spread on a neutral site.
SOS - Strength Of Schedule
Defense Rating - How many expected points to be given up against an average team
Offense Rating - How many points expected to be scored against an average team
Off Rushing - The amount over or under the team rushes for against the average of the opponents they played. A 100 yard rushing game against a team that gives up 80 yards rushing on average weighs higher than a team rushing for 100 yards against a team that averages giving up 120 yards.
Off Passing - Same logic as offensive rushing rating except for passing yards
Def Rushing - Same logic as Off Rushing but on the defensive side. Positive numbers are better than negative.
Def Passing - Same logic as Def Rushing except for passing yardage.
OFF Pass - Def Pass - This shows the combined passing for offense and defense. Good teams to target in stacks.
