OVERALL RECORD: 62-42, +13.82u
RECAP:
That was a big winner last night, cashing in on the late game of Lakers and Suns starting off hot, and then cooling off the rest of the game. It was an easy winner by about 20 points, and we love waking up to wins. That puts us at 20 bets over .500 for the season and back to nearly 14 units. I can feel a hot streak, and we’ve got four PRO plays today that I absolutely love. Let’s dive into one.

I’ll admit it, I am a Chicago Bulls fan. But there’s no team I hate more in the NBA than the Chicago Bulls, who are inconsistent, often incompetent, and have very little chemistry overall. But our Money Handles tool loves it, the line has been moving this way, and our Sharp App Projections model has been loving it, too. Let’s dive in.

Chicago is hosting the lowly Hornets, a young team without their knight in shining armor in Lamelo Ball. The Bulls are an absolutely atrocious team away from home, while at home, they’re more competent at 6-6. The Hornets are bad everywhere, going 3-5 away from home so far this season. Both of these teams also stink against the spread, having similar ATS records. As well, neither team home or away gets the job done - they’re both about .500 when it comes to ATS on the road and at home, respectively. So, where’s the edge?

Well, history is on our side, with the Bulls winning 8 out of their last 10 games between these two teams, and each of those 8 wins has been by 10 or more. 10 or more! Most of these games have been complete blowouts - they’re 8-2 ATS in those matchups.

And in our money handles tool, we’re seeing a 40% difference between the bet percentage and the money percentage, with the Bulls getting 71% of the handle, but only 31% of all bets placed. I love that. Sharp AI has this game projected right at -5, so it checks all of the boxes.

The Bulls, too, are more stout defensively than they’re leading on, and have been pretty good as of late in rebounding and scoring. The Hornets like to push the ball, but I think that the game will lend itself more towards Chicago’s style of play, giving Chicago another boost. They’ve also been a top-ten shooting team over their last five games, something that can almost never be said about the Bulls.

Let’s take Chicago, even if I’m reluctant to. If this bet loses, I’m going to be pissed for a number of reasons. But anyways, we don’t bet on feelings. We bet with handles. Let’s ride Chicago tonight.

PICK: Chicago Bulls -5
