Anthony P's NHL Model November 7, 2022

As we continue to build the app and make it more robust, we will be adding new sports and models to the app. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.

I will post my MLB. NFL and NHL models as often as possible.

Reading the model is very simple. We are looking for EVs of over 5% on sides and 8 to 10% on totals. Sportsbooks tend to inflate lines on big favorites. I love to take a big underdog in those spots if they have a good pitcher on the mount and if the game is on home turf.

You should all play around with these and track them yourselves. See if you are seeing those with a significant edge losing often.

NHL BETTING MODEL FOR NOV 7, 2022

Another slate with Washington playing and another game where the model finds value in them. This will happen often at home and until they get their shit together and get healthier. They lose 4 straight and played 6 straight unders and have scored 2 or fewer goals in 5 of those 6 games. The Caps are currently 24th on offense and 28th in defense. Kuemper came out last game saying that he's playing like shit but, to be honest, his team is not really helping him with their lack of scoring. The Oilers lost a bad one against the Devils giving up 2 goals in 7 seconds and blowing a 3-1 lead. We had money on the Oilers that night and let me tell you we weren't happy. They answered back with a 6-2 loss to the Starts and they are happy to hit the road where they won their last 3 games. The Caps are struggling way too much it's impossible for me to support them.
