WNBA BETTING MODEL FOR JULY 6, 2023

Alright, hoop-heads, let's talk some WNBA action. Yesterday's model hit it out of the park, coming through with both bets. Let's not forget that sweet spot the Wings hit, closing the line at -11.5 exactly where the model had predicted it. That's like sinking a buzzer-beater from half-court, right? Let's take the victories when they happen because we all know it's not always like this.

Tonight's game though? Well, it doesn't have me jumping out of my seat. The betting line doesn't offer much to write home about, but the under might be worth your time. Our model is eyeballing a total score of around 160.65, while the bookies are dangling 164 in front of us. That's a solid four points above the raw projections, but it's not entirely out of the blue considering the recent trend of games smashing the over. Bookies know their clientele, and they're aware that people have been cashing in on the overs.

Pinnacle has even pushed the total to 166 on 2k max bets. The Sun have seen eight of their last ten games cruise over the total, while the under has only come out to play four times in their last thirteen meetings in Connecticut. The overall count stands at eight overs and three unders in their last eleven encounters.

The Storm's offense dozed off in their last outing, with the total dipping under by a whopping 23.5 points. But don't forget their previous form - when they were firing on all cylinders, they blew the total out of the water by 34.5, 36.5 and 8 points. The Sun, on the other hand, are basking in a series of three straight overs, with two of the three games blasting past the total by 15.5 and 10 points.

Yesterday saw three out of four games charge over the total. Following this pattern, I reckon there's a fair chance we'll see an over in tonight's clash too. Just a friendly reminder though - always gamble responsibly!
