SNF: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

The Botton line article will lead us in making the right call on a high-profile games. I will cover TNF, SNF, and MNF. I will also cover big baseball games, the NBA, and the NHL. Tonight we are covering the SNF versus the Bengals and Ravens
The last edition of The Bottom Line led to one of the worst games I have ever watched. The only positive I kept from this game was that I witnessed for the first time ever a game featuring 2 QBs with a minimum of 4 pro bowl appearances and there were no touchdowns scored. Apparently, Wilson is playing injured and he got a shot this week bla bla bla bla and bla... you suck buddy... YOU SUCK
Sunday night has a treat for us. The Bengals and Ravens will battle in a highly competitive AFC North matchup and it will be a war on the field. We would expect the Ravens to bounce back the same way they did after that dramatic loss versus the Dolphins however they will face a Bengals team coming in with some solid momentum beating the Jets and Dolphins. Let's not forget that the Ravens haven't won at home in 5 straight.
The Bengals defense has been dominant however their OL and running game is not good. They allowed 15 sacks and the run game barely averages 3 yards per play. The Ravens OL has allowed half the sacks, has a much more efficient run game, has the 4th best offense in yards per play, and ranks first in overall DVOA.
The defense is the issue and we need to figure out how much this Bengals offense sitting 29th in yards per play can exploit the Ravens. It's all going to come down to how fast Burrow will be able to release the ball since the Ravens are blitz heavy. If he does succeed, he could be in for a big night since the Ravens secondaries are giving up over 300 passing yards and rank last in the league.
And what are the odds he does succeed? Pretty high if you ask me. Burrow dominated the Ravens last year by accumulating 907 passing yards in the 2 games last year. Cincinnati is 12-1 ATS when facing a double revenge spot.
The Bottom line: The Bengals have owned the Ravens and there are no concerns when they are facing a good running team since they are 7-0 ATS on the road versus teams averaging more than 4 RYPA. The ravens can't win at home and have no answer for the opposition's passing game. The Ravens also can't hold the lead and the coach has been making a ton of questionable calls. The spotlights will be on a Ravens team that is looking for answers and the Bengals will be more relaxed. The betting markets have inflated the line on the Ravens, however, both times it reached -3.5 there has been massive buybacks on the Bengals.
Let's take the points and enjoy another second-half meltdown from the Ravens. Cincinnati +3.5
