Tonight we are covering the MNF showdown between the Cowboys and Giants

We cashed on a huge 5 dime play last night on the under in SNF.

Who would have thought the Giants would have started the season 2-0. I did. I was laughed at when I recommend the over 7 wins. Anyway, we gotta love the way both teams are playing defensively. It explains why the total is so low. The Cowboys took massive money earlier in the week forcing the book to drop the line from +4.5 to +3, +2.5, +2, and finally +1.

The Cowboys own the Giants winning 9 of the last 10 and covering 8 of the last 10 games but we have to go back to 2018 to see the Giants favorite versus the Cowboys. I personally was impressed with both teams last week. I didn't expect the Cowboys to win versus Cincinnati however I did find the line too high. The defense did an incredible job and Ceedee came back to life helping the Cowboys win straight up as a 7 pt underdog. The Giants defense run by Martindale did a phenomenal job pressuring Tannehill and Mayfield last 2 games. A healthy Saquon has also been a big contributor to this quick start with almost 250 running yards already.

Which Cowboys team will show up tonight? Will Rush perform just like he did in primetime last year versus the Vikings? Can the Giants get to him just like they pressured Tannehill and Mayfield? What can we say about Jones and his 8 sacks already? Will his slow release boost the Cowboys defense?

The bottom line: Let's be honest, who would you pick if Dak was playing tonight? The answer is the Cowboys. I've seen enough from Rush and the Cowboys balanced attack in game 2 to know that I have made a mistake not taking them at +3. I'm also not going to overvalue the Giants for starting 2-0 this season. Last year they beat the Panthers by 22 but this year it was a painful win by just an FG. The Giants are better this year but still not a good team!
