Betting Decision Quality: Process Over Outcome

Betting Decision Quality: Process Over Outcome

A bet that wins can still be a bad decision, and one that loses can be a good one. Betting decision quality means judging the choice by what you knew when you made it. The lesson names five traps: recency, confirmation, overconfidence, the gambler's fallacy and loss chasing. Then you build a decision journal with the price, quote age, conflicting evidence and a one-line condition that would prove you wrong, plus a premortem and a cooldown rule for the moments you want to chase. Passing counts as a logged result. Social proof gets its own section, because a crowd cheering a pick is not evidence. It is built for the bettor who wants to improve beyond the last result.
