Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026
This page explains how Sharp EV, Inc. ("Sharp," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Sharp App website. For details on how we use the data we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences, measure usage, and deliver core functionality. Some cookies are set by us (first-party); others are set by third-party services we use.
How we use cookies
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These do not require consent and cannot be turned off.
- Authentication: Keeps you signed in.
- Security: Prevents abuse, CSRF protection.
- Consent state: Remembers your choice on this banner.
Performance & analytics
Helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Loaded only after you accept.
- Cloudflare Zaraz: Edge analytics tag manager. May load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tools we configure for measurement.
Functional
Powers optional features. Loaded only after you accept.
- Crisp Chat: Live customer support widget.
- OneSignal: Email and browser push notification preferences.
Managing your choices
When you first visit the site, you'll see a banner asking whether to accept cookies and tracking. You can change your choice at any time:
- Browser controls: All major browsers let you delete cookies, block them by default, or block specific sites. Check your browser's help docs for instructions.
- Reset Sharp's preference: Clear
localStoragefor sharp.app and the next visit will re-prompt. - Email/push: Unsubscribe links in our emails work permanently. To stop browser push, revoke notification permission in your browser settings.
Do Not Track
Sharp App respects your browser's Do-Not-Track signal where supported. Some embedded third-party tools may not honor DNT — declining the consent banner is a stronger guarantee.
Updates to this policy
We'll update this page if we change the cookies or tools we use. Material changes will be flagged on the consent banner.
