SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Sharp text-messaging program operated by Sharp EV, Inc. ("Sharp," "we," "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box or texting a keyword), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sharp at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Types of messages

Messages may include account and transactional notifications and, where you have consented, marketing and promotional messages about Sharp tools, content, and offers.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Sharp does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages, except as required to process your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
