Delete your Sharp account

You can delete your Sharp account yourself, from inside your account. No email, no request, nobody in between.

How to delete it

• Sign in at the.sharp.app, or open the Sharp app.
• Go to Account, then My Profile.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.

Signing in is how we check the account is yours, which is why deletion starts there and not on this page.

What happens then

• You are signed out right away and the deletion is scheduled.
• It completes within 30 days.
• Your username is locked permanently and cannot be used again.
• Changed your mind? Sign in again before the 30 days are up and the deletion is canceled.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you started it:

• Bought on the web: Account → Subscription at the.sharp.app.
• Bought on an iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sharp.
• Bought on Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sharp.
