Arbitrage Stake Rounding: Optimize Payouts Under Limits

Arbitrage Stake Rounding: Optimize Payouts Under Limits

Your calculator says put $50.60 on one side. The book only takes whole dollars, or caps you at $30. Arbitrage stake rounding is where tidy formulas meet real limits, and it can shrink a payout fast. This lesson shows what to do when you cannot bet the ideal amount. You recompute both outcomes from the stakes you can actually place, then judge the hedge by its minimum outcome return instead of the average. A worked example at odds of 2.05 and 2.10 walks through a $30 cap and shows how the total deployed and the net both change. You also learn to list your hard rules, like increments, depth and fees, before you choose any stakes.
