The Red Wings host the Sabres tonight in Detroit, both teams are coming off loses in their last game. The Sabres blew a third period lead versus the Lightning while the Red Wings were outplayed by the Leafs. The Red Wings have confirmed A. Nedeljkovic in goal and that is pretty much all I need to know to back the Sabres. He has a GAA of 4.01 and a save percentage of .880 which are just brutal. He started earlier this season versus the Sabres and gave up 8 goals. I will back the Sabres again to light him up.

San Jose Sharks +245

The Sharks look to make it B2B victories when they face the Leafs tonight in Toronto. Last night they took care of the Habs 4-0 and tonight the look to dominate another Canadian team. The Sharks haven’t been very good for a couple of season now but for some reason that cannot be explained seem to have the Leafs number; the Sharks have won 8 of the last 11 meetings in Toronto and 17 of the last 23 meeting overall. The Leafs are dealing with injuries to 4 of the regular defensemen and that cannot be take for granted. I will back the Sharks here at a really nice price.

Lasalle Explorers +185

The Explorers (3-3) host the Temple Owls (4-3) tonight. This will be the Owls first true road game of the season. Lasalle is not a place the Owls have had much success winning ATS or straight up. The Owls are 1-3 ATS and 2-2 straight up in the last 4 meetings on Lasalle’s home court. The Owls were favored in all 4 and the results clearly show that the Explorers gave the Owls fits in every game except one. I will back the home team here that has proven they give the Owls problems every time out.
