The losing continues for the Devils as the injuries to J. Hughes and N. Hischier continue to take a toll on this roster. The Devils have lost 4 of their last 5 with their only with versus the Blackhawks. Their goaltending has been atrocious and their offense has been inconsistent since the loss of their top 2 centers. The Penguins come into this game as hot as can be winners of 5 straight with 4 of those wins by multiple goals. The Devils aren't in a good place right now, so I will back the Penguins by a couple of goals or more tonight.

LA Kings -.5 +127

The Kings host the Panthers tonight, the Panthers look to run their unbeaten streak to 6 games but have had the benefit of playing the weaker teams in the league. This will probably be their toughest opponent in their last 7 games. The Kings look to bounce back from consecutive losses versus the Flyers and Penguins and will be well rested for this game as they haven't played since Nov 11th. Also the Kings have totally dominated this matchup winning 11 of the last 13 meetings in LA, so I will back them in regulation to get a little more juice out of this game.

Arizona Coyotes -119

After a somewhat solid start to the season the Blue Jackets have reverted back to the team they were last season, meaning one of the worst ones in the NHL. They've lost 9 of their last 10 games and haven't looked good in the process. The Coyotes continue to be a tough test for most teams every night as they sit at 7-6-2 on the season. The Yotes have more talent here, have a better goalie in goal and should get the job done tonight on the road.
