Boston Bruins/NY Islanders O6 +105

The Bruins are in Long Island to face the Islanders tonight, the Bruins have not being playing well of late winning only 3 of their last 10 games while the Islander are slightly better winning of their last 10. The days of the Islanders being a solid defensive team (B. Trotz days) are far away as the Islanders as part of the worst defensive teams in the league giving up on average 3.32 goals per game. Oddly enough before this season when you think Bruins and Isles, you think 2 solid defensive teams, however, these teams play to the over a lot as the over is 7-2-1 over the last 10 meetings. The Bruins have had no issue scoring goals as they've scored 3+ in 5 of their last 7 games while the Isles have given up 3+ goals in 5 of their last 6 games. The Isles have also scored 3+ goals in 4 of those 6 games. I expect enough goals to get over the total tonight.

Calgary Flames -.5 +129 (regulation)

The Pens continue their 4 game road trip with a visit to the Flames tonight, the Pens had their 3 game win streak snapped with a 2-0 loss to the Kraken on Thursday night. The Flames continue to trim the roster as the NHL trade deadline nears but that hasn't hurt their play for some reason or another. The Flames have won 4 straight and 7 of their last 10. I think you might only see their play significantly drop if J. Markstrom is traded as they've been able to survive the loss of E. Lindholm and now C. Tanev.  The Flames are rolling on the offensive end scoring 19 goals over this win streak and have dominated the Pens having not lost to them on home ice since 2019. I like the Flames here in regulation.

Florida Panthers/Detroit Red Wings U6.5 -110

The Red Wings host the Panthers this afternoon in Detroit, these are 2 of the hotter teams in the league with the Panthers winning 9 of their last 10, while the Red Wings have won 7 of 10. The Panthers are getting solid goaltending from S. Bobrovsky as he has a 2.35 GAA, .916 save percentage and ranks 4th in the NHL with 3 shutouts, the Red Wings counter with A. Lyon who has played well for the Red Wings all season with a 2.74 GAA. These two teams have a history to the under as the over has only come in twice over their last 10 meetings, with both teams getting solid goaltending I like the under to cash again here this afternoon.
