The Sharp Report for January 25, 2023

This article will be updated throughout the day as I get updates from the sportsbook that I have access to.
 
Each section will be explained below, and the time will be added each time the Sharp Report is updated. You can use this information to make your own picks or tail the hot sections. Historically, Sharp bets, Whale plays, Model plays, and square have done very well. Keep in mind that this information comes from a sharp / market maker sportsbook, and the squares (public) playing there are more experienced than regular joe's betting on retail books; therefore, you can find success in tailing the public.

The drama continues in the NBA and unfortunately, we were part of it last night with the Bulls -2 losing and not covering. They had a 21 pts. lead going into the second half and led the game all the way to the last 4 minutes. We had some ups and downs in CBB yesterday but the worst was in the North Carolina game in which we had them at -4.5. They were up by 4 with 1 second left with Trimble missing 2 FTs and we missed the cover.... we needed 1 #%$(@($@$ FT.... We lost 1.68 units yesterday.

We've been all waiting for the squares to regress in the NHL. They are 31-17 in January and 19-6 last 8 days. The fuckers went 6-1 yesterday. Squares went 10-3 yesterday and 3-10 if you faded.

Sharp money plays went 9-4 and 17-6 last 2 days! Check the tracker for patterns on what to expect next.

Fading the book was gold in the CBB. Based on the tracker we expect to win about 3 units per month fading CBB and we are on track with that trend. Fading CBB went 5-1 and 7-4 overall.

Sharp money plays:

These are plays that the sharp bettors have been betting at the sportsbook. If you see a team in this section, there is sharp money on one side of the play. If you see a team being removed throughout the day, it means that sharp money came on the other side.

Updated around 4 pm, in this section, you will find the top plays that the book will be cheering for since they took large sums of money on the opposite teams. I know the house always wins; however, this info comes from a sharp book, and these plays have been the most consistent when they are faded, especially when there is no public interest on the other side.
