Straight up Overall Record for the Big Payday Plays 450-632, -15.76 units

Colorado Avalanche -1.5 +173

The Avs welcome the Stars to Colorado tonight; the Stars will be on a B2B as they lost 5-4 in OT to the Jets last night at home. This will also be their 4th game in 6 nights and fatigue will surely be a factor. The Avs come into this game winners of 7 of their last 10 games and well rested having not played in 2 days. The Stars will be going with their backup S. Wedgewood who’s been serviceable at best this season with a GAA of 3.23. I like the Avs whom are 7-3 on home ice to take care of business tonight versus a tired Stars team.

OKC Thunder/Houston Rockets O232 -106

The OKC Thunder and Rockets meet up tonight in Houston. Both teams will be on a B2B off victories, the Thunder beat the Bulls in OT 123-119 while the Rockets surprised the Hawks at home 128-122. The Thunder come into this game having played 9 straights overs and the Rockets have gone over in 6 of their last 10. The Rockets play an up tempo style and will gladly run with the Thunder tonight. Expect an up and down game with plenty of points scored.

Michigan Wolverines +255

What a matchup we have today between the Michigan Wolverines and Ohio St Buckeyes this afternoon. Both teams are 11-0, however, neither team has played anyone of significance outside of Penn St, therefore, the loser of this game is probably out of the top 6 in regards to National Title talk, so both teams are well aware of the severity of losing this game. From a numbers perspective the Buckeyes are the better offensive club while the Wolverines are better defensively, so it will be a nice clash of strength versus strength today. Last season J. Harbaugh and the Wolverines won this matchup for the first time since 2011, I like them to make it 2 in a row this season.
