The NHL continues their Global Series in Sweden this afternoon with a matchup between the Leafs and Red Wings, yesterday the Wings and Sens put on a show scoring a combined 9 goals. I expect more of the same type of fire works for the Swedish fans today, I'm sure the NHL doesn't want to send games overseas to finish 1-0 or 2-1. With two teams with suspect goaltending at the moment, there is no reason to believe that goals will be easy to come by today. I like the over here.

The Sabres limp into Winnipeg to face the Jets tonight, the Sabres are dealing with injuries to several players which will cause some to play at less than 100% or miss the match completely. The biggest loss will be RW T. Thompson whom is week-to-week with an upper bony injury, he was their best offensive player last season and again an offensive leader this season. These teams have a history off playing under as the under record is 7-0-1 in the last 8 games, with Comrie and Helleybuyck projected to start, I like the under here.

Russian A. Rublev faces off with Germany's A. Zverev in the final round robin matchup of the Nitto ATP Finals tournament. This tournament pits the top 8 ranked players at year end for huge payouts to the final two players standing. Unfortunately for Rublev, he is already 0-2 and has no chance of reaching the semis, while Zverev is 1-1 and will pass to the semis with a victory today. Yes, Zverev has more motivation in this match but Rublev is the one with a better performance of late, H2H Zverev leads 5-3 but hasn't beaten Rublev since 2021. They've faced each other 3 times in 2023 with Rublev winning all 3, even though Rublev cannot pass with a victory I expect him to play with pride and win this match as un underdog.
