The Padres look to extend their win streak to four games tonight when M. Waldron faces M. Parker on the mound, the Padres won a low scoring 4-0 affair last night. I expect to see several runs tonight as M. Parker has not pitched well of late, giving up 4 ER or more in 3 of his last 4 starts getting past the 6th inning only once. Waldron pitched versus the Nats in San Diego in late June is a game that finished 7-6 in 10 innings. I expect Parker's struggles to continue versus the Padres this afternoon and the Nats to be able to get 3-4 runs versus Waldron and the Padres. I like the Padres on the runline and over the total here. 

Houston Astros/Oakland A's U8.5 -110

The Astros look to avoid being swept this afternoon when the send H. Brown to the hill to face JP Sears. The A's are running hot since the start of the 2nd half of the season winning 4 of 5 games. Both starters have really been pitching well of late, Brown has given up 2 ER or less in 7 of his last 8 starts with 6 of those 8 games going under the posted total. Sears has given up 3 ER or less in 4 straight starts and will be making his 3rd start of the season versus the Astros, the previous two games finished by scores of 3-1 & 2-1. With both pitchers pitching so well the under is the play here.
