Val’s Big Payday Parlay, pays +800

New York Knicks +7 -105

The Celtics are at MSG tonight to face the Knicks, both teams will be playing their 2nd game since the All Star break, both sides won their first matches with relative ease. The Celts disposed of the Bulls on the road 129-112 while the Knicks also won on the road versus the 76ers 110-96. The Celtics are practically untouchable at home with a 26-3 record and if they do falter it will most certainly be on the road where they sit at 18-9. Even though the Celts are the NBA's best team at 44-12 overall their ATS record is not impressive at all at 27-28-1, even less impressive on the road at 10-13-3. The Knicks got significantly better at the trade deadline when they added sharp shooter B. Bogdanovic which will really alleviate the pressure on J. Brunson to carry the load every night till J. Randle and OG Anunoby return from injury. The number is way too high in my opnion the for the Celts to cover on the road.

Detroit Red Wings -.5 +110

The Red Wings host the Blues this afternoon looking to extend their win streak to 4 games. The Red Wings have already confirmed A. Lyon in goal and he is off an impressive 30 save performance in a 2-1 win over the Avs on Thursday. This will be the 1st of a 3 game road trip for the Blues that will also see them visit the Jets and Oilers next week. The Blues have been serviceable on the road this season at 13-13-1, but face a Red Wings team that has really excelled at home at 16-8-5. J. Binnington is coming off a shutout in his last start but was horrid in his previous 3 starts before giving up 10 goals, I think we see more of that Binnington this afternoon. I like the Wings in regulation.

NY Rangers/Philadelphia Flyers U6 -105

The Rangers are in Philly to face the Flyers this afternoon. Neither side has confirmed their starter for this game yet, however, both teams will be on the front end of a B2B and seeing that they player weaker teams tomorrow, I expect both I. Shesterkin and S. Ersson to be in goal. Shesterkin is hot right not having limit the Devils and Stars to one goal each over his last 2 starts while Ersson limited the Hawks to one goal on Wednesday. There is no denying that the Rangers are the more talented side offensively here and Flyers HC J. Tortorella knows they need to be sound defensively to stay competitive in this game and will have his side ready to play that style. The under has been dominant between these 2 sides for quite some time now as 8 of the last 10 meetings have gone under the total. I like a low scoring game here.
