Top Props - NBA April 12, 2022 +60.1 Units

We are working to add our prop model for every player into the app. While that is being developed we want to give you the "Top Props" of the day in these daily articles.

I take the DFS Army projections that @cashkeg has calculated and then figure out what the probability is of the corresponding prop going over or under. I will post some of the biggest edge plays we find on a daily basis in this article.

Sunday was another great night for the Top Props. We go 8-5 losing a couple of big dogs. +3.58 units on the day bringing the yearly to +60.1 units. For the month of April we are +20.9 units.

Rebounds continue to be the money maker +45.4 units. We weren't terrible with 3's and Assists though. We saw a 5.75 units and 8.4 unit profit for each respectively.

Overs were +17.7 units on 170 bets
Unders were +41.8 units on 239 bets
This comes as no shock as unders are not bet nearly as often as overs. We have been taking advantage of this.

Below is a pic of the PnL by book as well. If you are not maximizing your profits by having multiple books you are pissing away profits. We have links inside the app to all the books legal in your state. It is a good idea to have access to as many as you can to get the best prices.

Once again we are taking the Under on Brown 3's despite his projection over the prop. Same thing with Mobley. The juice is such that it makes these bets worthwhile.
