I am down to my initial deposit after the Nashville Predators couldn’t pull it out against the Washington Capitals on Wednesday night. However, I will be taking two different teams in the two games of the College Football Playoff. Of course, we have two great matchups between the Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Cincinnati Bearcats and Michigan Wolverines vs. Georgia Bulldogs.

In the first matchup, I’m taking the Alabama Crimson Tide to cover the 13.5-point spread against the Cincinnati Bearcats. Cincinnati has not lost a game all season, but it also hasn’t played the toughest schedule either, winning a total of two games against ranked opponents. Alabama will dominate this game from start to finish and Roll (Tide) to victory.

The second game of the doubleheader should be a lot closer- but not really. I’m taking the Georgia Bulldogs to cover the 7.5-point spread and roll right over the Michigan Wolverines. Much like Cincinnati in the earlier matchup, I just don’t think Michigan has the horses to run with Georgia in this one. Everyone’s last look at Georgia was a thumping in the SEC Championship, and I bet they come back with plenty of motivation in this one.
