WNBA BETTING MODEL FOR JULY 20, 2023

I goofed up yesterday and didn't get the WNBA article out, but considering the model would've taken a hit, maybe that was a blessing in disguise.

Unfortunately, today's not exactly brimming with value, and when that's the case, I don't force myself to dissect games or a slate when the lines are looking snug. At a glance, the Sky's line seems a tad skewed, but the book's raw projections beg to differ. This could be a prime opportunity for the Mercury. Sure, the Chicago Sky should be the favorites based on their season-long performance, but their current form is less than stellar, making it tough to back them as road favorites. And hey, don't sleep on the Mercury - they just took down the Sun and are only 3 games shy of a playoff spot. Despite their string of losses and overall shaky play, the Mercury could still crash the playoff party if they can rack up a win or two.
