Anthony P's WNBA Model Aug 2, 2023

We will add new sports and models as we build the app and make it more robust. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.
This betting model is derived directly from a source that provides me with all the information for the Sharp Report which I trust implicitly. This model serves as a foundation for determining and handling game lines and totals. As with any model, it incorporates a statistical analysis of both teams, including factors such as injuries and home-court advantage. The distinctive advantage of this model is the inclusion of adjustments based on public perception and early market evaluation. However, it's important to note that this model doesn't accommodate last-minute adjustments. Therefore, for the most accurate and up-to-date advice, I encourage you to reach out to me directly on my Discord channel.

WNBA BETTING MODEL FOR Aug 2, 2023
The model plays knocked it out of the park with a 2-0 yesterday, plus another home underdog breaking through the chains and covering the spread. You gotta love when the underdogs make it rain!
Tonight, however, it seems like our trusted model is playing hard to get, finding no value in the single game on the docket. The Wings are absolutely smashing it, with victories in 6 of their last 8 games and sitting pretty at 14-11 for the season. These high-flying hoopers are perched in fourth place in the WNBA standings, just a smidgen, half a game to be exact, ahead of the Dream. Looking to rebound from their last loss, the Wings are geared up to snatch another win on the road.
On the flip side, we've got the Seattle Storm. The Storm have been more of a drizzle lately, losing 10 of their last 12 games and sliding to a rather soggy 6-19 for the year. Tied with the Mercury for the league's worst record, the Storm are in dire need of a silver lining.
Now let's talk numbers, folks. The Wings have been soaring ATS in their last 5 road games (4-1) and 11 games overall (8-3). The Storm, however, are finding a bit of rhythm too, standing 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Wednesday games and 6 overall. It's looking a bit more varied when it comes to totals, with the Wings trending over in their last 6 games (5-1), while the Storm are comfortably under in their last 6 (5-1). It's the Wings who have the edge in Seattle, though, with a 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetups.
The Storm have caught some wind recently with back-to-back wins, and they've held their own against the Wings in their two face-offs this season, even bagging a victory. That puts a tempting carrot on the underdog role, right? But hold up, I'm not quite sold on the Storm against the better-than-average teams. Let's face it, they've had a tough season, and their defense is about as solid as a sieve. The Dallas Wings, on the other hand, are hitting their stride, clinching wins in 6 of their last 8 outings, and packing enough offensive power to give the Storm's defense a real headache.
I'll stay away from this game but I would lean on the Wings if I had to. MODEL Bets: no playAnthony's leans: no playGood luck
