The Yanks look to sweep the Tigers tonight when two veteran lefties face each other in E. Rodriguez and C. Rodon. After 2 rough starts Rodon has bounced back nicely over his last 3 starts allowing only 5 ER over 15 2/3 IP. Rodon home starts have fallen under the total 80% (4 of 5) of the season and he should be able to contain the Tigers offense that has been none existent in this series. Rodriguez has been solid on the road all season with a 3.03 ERA and I believe he can contain this lineup that isn't scaring many opposing starters of late. A. Porter is also behind the plate and his AL game average around 8 runs a game which adds another reason to back the under.

K. Muchova +167

The first semifinal of the US open will have American C. Gauff facing K. Muchova of the Czech Republic. Muchova is having a great 2023 tennis season as she finished 2022 ranked 151st on tour, she currently ranks 10th and can crack the top 10 if she can win the US Open. Gauff is playing well, but has had to go 3 sets in 3 of her 5 matches so far, whereas Muchova has only played one 3 set match out of 5. I think this match can go either way and will gladly back Muchova at such a nice price.

A. Sabalenka -1.5 sets +109

The second semifinal of the US Open has American M. Keys facing A. Sabalenka from Belarus. Sabalenka has blown through all her competition to date winning in straight sets without facing any adversity. Keys for her part has had only one hiccup which was a 3 set match win in the third round versus L. Samsonova. Sabalenka leads the all time matchups 2-1 with her only loss to Keys being on grass which is not her best surface to play. Hard court is the surface where Sabalenka plays her best and should be able to take care of Keys in straight sets tonight.
