The Twins look to rebound from a bad loss to the Reds last night 7-3, it will be K. Maeda versus F. Cruz on the mound. I don't expect Cruz to pitch more than 2 innings tonight so it will be a long night for the Reds bullpen. Maeda for his part has really pitched well on the road this season with a 3.31 ERA, the Twins have also won 3 of his last 4 starts with all 3 wins being by multiple runs as they've provided Maeda with a lot of run support (avg. 8 runs per game). I like the Twins offense to rebound tonight and for them to win by multiple runs.

Baltimore Orioles/Houston Astros O9 -118

We had a high scoring game last night between these 2 clubs and I expect more of the same tonight when K. Gibson faces H. Brown. Both starters are struggling of late as Gibson has a 6.38 ERA over his last 7 starts while Brown isn't any better at 6.55. Both teams have no issues hitting as both are in the top tier when looking at runs scored. The only issue could be P. Cuzzi behind home plate as he's a real under umpire, however, the over has hit in 2 of his last 3 game with the 3rd game being a push. I don't think Cuzzi can keep these two teams under the total tonight.

Chicago White Sox/Washington Nationals O9.5 -111

We have 2 terrible pitchers going in this game tonight in J. Urena and J. Rutledge. To show you how much Urena has struggled this season, his best start is 1 ER in 4 IP, he's given up 3 ER+ in every other start while never getting to the 7th inning. His longest start was his last when he pitched 6 1/3 IP but gave up 6 ER in the process. Rutledge's first MLB start did not go well versus the Pirates last week as he was touched up to the tune of 7 ER in less than 4 IP. R. Additon is behind the plate and double digits runs have been scored in 7 of his last 8 games umpired. The combination of these starters and umpire screams over.
