Chryst, however; that was versus a very bad Northwestern team and were back in the loss column again last weekend versus the Michigan State Spartans. Now they have to face the Boilermakers lead by senior QB A. McConnell whom has the Purdue rolling offensively. The Badgers offense stats are inflated due to blow out victories versus Illinois St, New Mexico St and Northwestern. Their offense won’t be able to match scores with Purdue today and the Boilermakers have revenge on their mind shave they have not beaten Wisconsin on 10 years. That streak ends today!

Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 +209

The Avalanche visit the Knights tonight in what I feel will be a very tough spot for them, they will be on a B2B and their 4th game in 6 nights. Since their 6 goal outburst versus the Wild, which is a team with goaltending issues they’ve lost to the Jets and Kraken. Waiting for them is a Knights team that 4-1 and getting great contributions from the whole lineup top to bottom. The Avs are dealing with the fact that their lineup is not as strong as it was last season due to free agency losses and injuries and a possible Stanley Cup hangover. I like the Knights by multiple goals tonight.

Buffalo Sabres +158

Tonight is game 3 of 4 for the Sabres on their current road trip; they go for the clean sweep of Western Canada after already beating the Oilers and Flames. Awaiting them are the Canucks who themselves are returning from a 4 game road trip where they went 0-4 with 2 losses in OT. The Canucks held the lead at a certain point in the first 3 games of the trip before blowing it and losing. This prompted a players only meeting before the last game of the trip which clearly didn’t provide the needed results as a lead was blown in the last game as well. The Sabres are not getting the respect they deserve with the way they’ve started the season and there is too much value on them with the current line.
